Empowering the most vulnerable to navigate from crisis to sustainable, independent living.

At The Navigation Center, we take a multi-faceted approach to helping those who are unhoused or at-risk of becoming unhoused. Each person is unique and faces individual challenges that require person-centered solutions. With our nonprofit serving as a central hub, we are able to connect each family or individual with resources to help address their situation. Our coalition of providers works together to ensure positive outcomes for those we serve.

Navigating toward change…

At The Navigation Center, we help unhoused and vulnerable individuals navigate life’s toughest challenges, rebuild stability, and inspire change in the way homelessness is addressed.

Giving hope

Are you a compassionate neighbor wanting to make a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors? There are several ways you can lend a helping hand to The Navigation Center and the families and veterans we serve. We invite you to learn more.

The Navigation Center is a non-governmental community resource.  The Navigation Center uses the U.S. federal poverty guidelines as a measure of income to determine who is eligible to receive services. Households who make more than the maximum income per month/year will not be eligible for services.   All clients must qualify based on 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Before assistance can be provided all families and individuals are required to complete the necessary forms for income verification.
