MUSC Health Presents The Navigation Center with the Community Partner of the Year Award!

November 10, 2023. “Community Partner of the Year: The Navigation Center. Nominating the Navigation Center for their selfless humanitarian work in the community. The Navigation Center is the hub for all things homelessness, low-income, and unfunded. Their mission spans from working as an agency helping veterans to now helping civilians. They work tirelessly to help address social issues for the underserved. They NEVER turn anyone away. If they do not have the means to provide support to address a social issue for a client, they will search for who can assist. Having the opportunity to work with the Executive Director and their social workers has been instrumental in helping address social issues for MUSC’s most vulnerable patients.” - MUSC Health
