Our Services

Navigating to sustainable, independent living…

Centralized services and resources, tailored plans, and intensive case management are staples in our model to help vulnerable populations navigate from crisis to sustainable, independent living. Our staff of Social Workers, mental health professionals, medical professionals, and employment specialists work collaboratively to provide wrap-around care. The following services are centralized here at our center, while we have ongoing efforts to bring on more.

Housing Support

Helping our clients reach the goal of housing stability that best suits them. Transitional and/or permanent housing options are explored depending on each client’s situation, needs, and goals. While we may not have immediate housing solutions for each person, we remain working with clients as long as they need us until we reach housing stability.
